By downloading, installing, or using the Group Connect mobile application ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Group Connect provides the following services to Self-Help Groups and their members:

• Financial management and accounting tools
• Expense tracking and reporting
• Member passbook and transaction history
• Shopping list creation and management
• Group financial analytics and insights

We continually work to improve our services and may add, modify, or remove features at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Group Connect, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate financial and group information
• Maintain the confidentiality of group financial data
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent or malicious activities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you input into the App.

5. Financial Data and Privacy

We take the privacy and security of your financial data seriously. However, you acknowledge that:

• The App is a management tool and not a financial institution
• You should maintain independent records of all transactions
• We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or device failure
• Regular data backups are recommended

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Group Connect App, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, are owned by Qualis Infosys. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualis Infosys shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in financial calculations
• Service interruptions or technical issues

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Misuse the App or its services
• Cause harm to other users or the platform

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.
